This website is operated by Woodrose Weddings. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Woodrose Weddings.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the other policies available on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As many of our products involve glassware, decoration and wedding gifting, minor variations may occur between individual items where applicable.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products and to limit product quantities where reasonably necessary.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing or website error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Any delivery charges applicable to your order will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
4. PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Our current estimated UK delivery times after dispatch are:
First Class: 1–2 business days
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you require your order for an approaching wedding or another important date, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to help, but delivery by a particular date cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed with us.

5. DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS
We carefully package our products to reduce the risk of damage during delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or broken, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and, where relevant, its packaging.
Where glassware has arrived broken and appropriate evidence is provided, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your applicable statutory consumer rights.
Nothing contained in our website policies or these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
7. PRODUCT CARE
Some Woodrose Weddings glassware uses decorative finishes that require appropriate care.
Please follow the care information supplied on the relevant product page and our Glassware Care page.
Damage resulting from inappropriate use or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not constitute a product defect.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including our branding, product photography, graphics, written content and designs, belongs to Woodrose Weddings or is used by us with appropriate permission.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
