We know how important it is for everything to arrive in plenty of time for the big day.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once dispatched, you can choose from:

First Class Delivery — 1–2 business days
Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

  • Need your order for a wedding?

If your wedding or special occasion is approaching, please contact us before placing your order.

We'll always do our best to get your order made, packed and on its way to you in time.

  • Damaged or Broken Orders

We take great care when packing our glassware, but we understand that occasionally breakages can happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order regarding damage or breakages.

  • Returns & Cancellations

For non-personalised items, you can notify us that you'd like to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

For eligible cancellations, we'll refund the item and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we're only required to refund up to the cost of our standard delivery option.

  • Personalised Items

Products that have been made or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned simply because you've changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if your personalised item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.
