Shipping policy

We know how important it is for your wedding gifts to arrive in plenty of time for the big day. We carefully prepare and package every Woodrose Weddings order before dispatch.

Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

UK Delivery

We currently offer two UK delivery options:

First Class: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Standard Delivery: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Need Your Order for a Wedding?

If your wedding or gifting date is approaching, please contact us before placing your order. We'll always do our best to get your order to you in time, but unless specifically agreed with us, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Broken Orders

We take great care when packaging our glassware. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
